1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or making a reservation through bhilwaraproperties.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using the platform.

2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

• Reservation Deposit: Where online deposit booking is enabled, paying the specified deposit percentage (typically 20%) secures the booking lock.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the stay cost must be cleared at check-in directly with the host or caretaker.
• Pricing Accuracy: All listed tariffs reflect weekday/weekend rental rates. Extra guest fees, swimming pool charges (if applicable), and catering services are governed by individual property policies.

3. Check-In, Check-Out & House Rules

Standard check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the host.

• ID Verification: All adult guests must present valid government photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) upon check-in.
• Music & Noise Policy: In compliance with local residential and police regulations, outdoor amplified sound and DJ setups must cease by 10:00 PM. Indoor sound systems must be kept at reasonable volumes.
• Capacity Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the confirmed booking capacity without prior host consent.

Guests are responsible for exercising due care during their stay. Any deliberate damage to private pools, sound systems, gardens, or furniture during celebrations will be billed to the guest at actual repair or replacement cost.
